This policy explains how the mobile games published by is_oo under the is Puzzle Series handle your information. It applies to every game in the series, including is Pipe (app.isoo.pipe) and titles released later. All games in the series share the same code and the same data practices, so one policy covers them all.

We do not collect your name, phone number, address, email, payment details, contacts, location, camera, microphone or photos.
The games use the following services for advertising, analytics and rankings. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
The games contain no in-app purchases. Everything is free, and in-game coins are earned only through activity inside the game, such as watching an ad. We therefore never handle payment details.
A game may ask permission to send notifications, for example a daily challenge reminder. This is optional and declining it leaves every feature available to you. Notifications are generated on your device and we collect no additional information for them. You can withdraw the permission at any time in your device settings.
These games are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and other regions where that applies). If we learn that such information has been collected, we delete it promptly.
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your information. Because we do not hold personal information on any server of ours, data on your device can be deleted directly using the steps in section 5; for anything else, contact us below. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Significant changes will also be announced in the app or in the store listing.
